• Zenslate is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
• By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and can form a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for complying with your local laws regarding app use and online services.

2. Användarkonton

• You must create an account using Firebase Authentication (passwordless email or Google Sign-In).
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in illegal use.

3. Användning av Tjänsten

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not generate, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or pornographic content.
• Do not reverse-engineer, modify, interfere with, or circumvent rate limits, APIs, or subscription systems.

We may monitor usage to ensure compliance and maintain security.

• You retain ownership of the content you create using Zenslate.
• You grant us a limited, revocable license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., save history, display chats).

5. Ansvarsfriskrivning för AI-innehåll

• Zenslate uses OpenAI's GPT-5 model to generate text based on your prompts.
• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• You use generated outputs at your own risk.
• We and OpenAI are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI content.
• We are not affiliated with OpenAI; we only use its official API.

6. Prenumerationer och betalningar

• Some features are available via paid subscriptions managed by RevenueCat and the respective app stores (Google Play / App Store).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal period ends.
• You can cancel anytime through your store account settings.
• Refunds follow the policies of Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Premium users do not see ads and may access additional features.

7. Analys

• We use PostHog Cloud (EU) to collect limited usage metrics such as app opens, selected mode, and token counts.
• We do not record or analyze prompt or output content.
• This data helps improve performance and reliability.
• Analytics data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

• All intellectual property rights in the Zenslate platform, design, software, and branding remain our property.

10. Ansvarsbegränsning

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our partners are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• We are not liable for damages arising from use or reliance on AI-generated content; your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and delete your account.

11. Ändringar av Tjänsten eller Villkoren

• We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
• We may update these Terms to reflect legal or technical changes and will announce material updates in-app or on our website.
• Continued use of Zenslate after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Tillämplig lag

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
